I’m Cherlon
I’m a data architect, a mom and a wife.
I’m running for Peachtree Corners City council because I want to serve my community and ensure that this city continues to be the best place to live in Georgia.
My Husband, Jason, and I moved to Gwinnett County in 1997.
Our son was born the following year. In 2002, we moved to our current home in Peachtree Station. Like so many people, we moved here because of the excellent schools, and a place to raise our family.
We are a Technology Household.
Jason and I met at Georgia Tech where we both received degrees in Computer Science. For the last 20 (something) years, we have both worked in Software Engineering.
I currently work as a Data Architect, building big data solutions on the AWS platform.
It is my Technology background and software startup experience that will aid me on the city council as we work with the Technology companies expanding into Peachtree Corners.
We are a proud NHS Family
Our son is a 2017 NHS Graduate with an IB Diploma. He is studying computer science. As a full time working mom, I understand the challenges that our Peachtree Corners families face.
